#Wine crashed playonmac install
So, when I was running playonlinux, and was start to install I think it was the LoL client, it gave me a fatal error, and I dont have ideia what can I do. I installed through the cmd, it was rlly fun to discover some comands. That's what I remember to install, so probably something's missing. I installed wine (idk what this rlly is), playonlinux and python. I searched for some help on google and I discovered some things to install not only LoL, but other games. Well, this is my first post, so im sorry if i have something wrong or my english fails, it isn't that good.īesides that, im making this post because I am trying to install league of legends on a virtual machine, in linux mint. Havent tried void or gentoo or hell even artix so im out of options. Remember Ive tried different distributions and all had the same issues.Īrch Ubuntu Fedora Solus right now.

Ill go in detail what happens so im up to date on lutris and i go to install warframe with there install script and it fails saying wine missing kernel32dll error and I have protonge installed though the manual method and I installed warframe though steam and Ive even tried other games and they say they are loading but then i get a crash report on them for some reason the log for proton doesn't work for me and Im out of options please someone help me. So If anyone is willing to help or tell me what I am doing wrong then Im glad to ask any of you to help me this is starting to really tick me off a ton and I want to use linux as Im all for using things like FSR but i just cannot get Proton-Ge or Lutris Fshack to work.
#Wine crashed playonmac drivers
I really want to use linux and these setbacks really make me not want to normal proton works just fine along with normal wine remember I have all of the wine dependency installed for solus and my NVIDIA drivers are installed through the solus driver installer doflicky.
#Wine crashed playonmac windows 10
So am i installing my NVIDIA drivers wrong or is proton-ge and Lutris Fshack just not compatible with my hardware and i just need to use windows 10 instead. PC Specs are a Core 2 Quad Q9550 with 8gb of DDR3 ram and Im using an SSD on the EXT4 file system I do have an HDD that is formatted to NTFS which is currently disabled I use it for music and backups. So ive installed all of the wine dependency for Proton-Ge and Lutris Fshack and all of the dependency for my nvidia drivers. Im using a NVIDIA card and I cannot just go out and magically own an AMD card and Im stuck with NVIDIA cards at the min. Using Arch, Ubuntu, Fedora, Currently on Solus with the budgie desktop. Every distribution ive tried Proton-Ge and Lutris Fshack and there install scripts refuse to work for me. Ive been trying to troubleshoot this for about a month now and ive switched back and forth between windows and many different Linux distributions. What's up and coming in this space? Are AMD doing any virtual GPU stuff? I know there's an illicit GRID driver I could probably use today with VMs, but that's several steps away from convenience. But some clients will probably be thin remotes, not physical terminals. I'd love to also not have to maintain six base installs. I'd like to be able to buy one GPU and use it dynamically from multiple places. I'm wondering what I can do in the near future after an upgrade. Best thing about this approach is I only have to look after one install. It works well, save aforementioned complaints about the IGP's performance. We currently multi-seat a single instance of Ubuntu with me getting a 1080ti and her the CPU's integrated graphics. My eldest daughter is already complaining about Minecraft framerates. The price of GPUs recently had highlighted that we're long past the point I can afford to have separate cards for workstation, home theater, family computer, etc, at least if I want any of them to be good.
